We offer flat-rate pricing for our services and do not bill by the hour—ensuring transparency with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Our affordable fee structure makes it more practical to pursue modest claims and cost-effective to defend them. Common examples are provided below.

Not all listed services will be required for every matter. If your case resolves at a settlement conference, total fees will typically end up amounting to $1,000 plus applicable taxes and court filing fees.
Even where a matter proceeds to a one-day trial, typical fees generally do not exceed $2,000 plus applicable taxes and court fees for a one day trial. You retain full control over the services you choose, and you may continue the process independently at any time.
